Costume shop in soulard, St. Louis, MO - Totally disorganized and very unprofessional. We had arranged a drop off time and they called days before with rude messages. There is a whole lot more to the story but I will say - I would rather sew my own costume than deal with the crazy owner and hear about her family. They are insane and shouldn't be trusted with credit information. They are horrible liars!
