Zero service Hi! I bought a Aquaguard from the G.K.2 office in Delhi on 23rd November,2005. the receipt given to me in lieu of my cheque is-016898.Thats all I have with me. Inspite of .repeatedly calling the gentleman who sold me the machine, a Mr. Yogesh Bangia(#9818194491) and his senior a Mr. Mohit Bhalla(#9312249252) ,I have got no bill. Its been more than 6 months now and I had asked for servicing on 26th may, 2006-my complaint no. is 35237.It is 5 days since, I must have called at least 6 times , there has been no response at all. I am saddled with a machine that gives impure water and I have a kid at home , I have invested so much money for nothing .I dont know what to do. Please somebody help!
