Vonage

I just think that people should know that this phone company is not all it's cracked up to be. If you have a problem, it's almost impossible to talk to a human, and when you do get to a human, you can barely understand anything they say. They repeat the same things over and over instead of trying to get the problem resolved. We called and asked for a supervisor, and after 26 minutes of waiting, we got hung up on. I finally had to figure out the CEO's address myself because they refused to give it to us. We've only had them for 4 months and are getting ready to switch over to a different phone company just so we can make phone calls when we need to. I believe Vonage should be put out for what they really are....money hungry. Thank you for your time.
