Please Publish This Complaint..

I got my Household stuff Moved from bangalore to Hyderabad 2 days Back.I have a very different and Bad experience with them both while packing and Loading In bangalore and Unloading and Unpackign at Hyderabad.

1.They were not ontime.Late by 1 hr.

2.I asked for a closed container and they sent an Open container,When I called the filed executive says was his mistake and he will not be able to send the closed container until the next day..by then all my household items were packed and brought to ground floor be loaded.All the while i was assuming that he has sent the closed container and when i saw this Open truch i was toatlly zapped... and shocked.

3.Only 3 persons have come for packing and loading the items .But the field executive said he would send enogh staff for doing the job.I did not understand how 3 will be sufficient for a 2 Br home shifting.The field executive surveyed my Flat and then only gave the quote.Wen I insisted to send additional personnel ,was told some more people will be send once the packing is done, for loading,who never turned up and it was 1000pm by the time all the loading and bundles of paper work got completed .All the while i was runnning up and down my Apt stairs asking the packing persons to cover my items as it was too cloudy and heavy rains were expected in bangalore.thank god and nothing happened.

4.After that I paid 300rs as Tips,which was refused by them stating that it was pretty less and demanded Rs.500 to be paid,which i had to do.This is just Looting and the Persons who come for loading the items should be told not to demand and accept which was given as a token of appreciation towards the work,.

5.There is absolute lack of coordination between the Truck driver,Aggarwal Staff at Bangalore and their counter parts in Hyderabad.The truck driver called me at 1215pm on 29-5-06 and said that he reached Hyderabad.I did not understand why he called me instead, he should call Aggarwal packers office In hyderabad.Truck driver told me to tell the Office that the material reached Hyd and ask the Office to arrange for Unloading team.

6.I called Aggarwal Packers office and told them the whole story and askd for Unloading team.They came around 300pm and completed the Unloading and Unpacking at 900pm Yday.When I gave 400Rs as tip,they also started demanding 600/- as they did good Job/Fast JOb/etc etc and I refused to pay them stating that Loading team took rs 500 .But eventually they forced me to pay 500 which they accecpted unwillingly

6.I dont understand one thing does Aggarwal Packers Pay to these Loading and Unloading teams or not?These people are demanding and not getting sastisfied...One guy even went ahead and started telling, sir You company will pay You Know sir,why dont you pay Us......This is nothing else but looting tactics from Aggarwal Packers.

After seeing all the goof ups that Have Happedn since the starting of the Job,I decided that I will not get my car transported with Aggarwal Packers and left it in bangalore with a friend.The charges are also heavy for the kind of Low Quality Job done by them.

Please any one dealing with Aggarwal Please execute Caution.I had to pay them In total At bangalore,without which they said then will not start the Job.As it is their company Policy to collect 100% amout at the Originating City.

Friends Becareful in handling these Packers and Movers.

I Took quote from Another Packer LEO PACKERS AND MOVERS.their quote was much more than Aggwarwals and right from stating they were very adamant and Like"if U want the Job pay Us 100% else we have no problem"...
