This company installed a new residential unit approx Sept. '04. Repairs have been required every year since. First attempted repair (approx June '05) they charged $90.00 to clean a blower wheel that was not related to the system performance. It is my opinion they charged this to avoid warranty repairs.

Second attempted repair occurred approx April '06. After waiting the entire day for company to arrive, the service man showed up after 5pm. After working on the system for a couple of hours, the service man informed me that system was repaired and we would have no further problems. He never did inform me of what the problem (s) was or what repairs were required. This repair lasted approx 2 weeks.

I called the company this morning to get service. I was initially told it would be Thursday 06-01-06 for earliest available opportunity. After stating my dissatisfaction with this, the lady who answered the phone wanted to "pull my work order". After returning to the phone, she stated "your system was installed August '04 but it will still be next day before we can check it."

This is terrible customer service. You can bet it will be a cold day in hell before I will ever buy any other product or service from this company and I will recommend the same to all friends and family.

A complaint has been filed with my local Better Business Bureau. I will also file a complaint with any and all other service organizations I may find.
