I AM HAVING A TERRIBLE TIME GETTING SOMEONE TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS REGARDING THE WHERE-ABOUTS OF MY ORDERED FURNITURE.


FIRST ORDER WAS PLACED ON FEB.2ND, 2006. ON THEIR WEB SITE THEY ADVERTIZE 40-12 WEEEK PERIOD.

IT IS NOW MAY 30TH AND THEY CAN NOT TELL ME WHERE THE FURNITURE IS OR WHEN IT WILL BE READY.


I HAVE CALLED AND CALLED ON AN ALMOST DAILY BASIS TO WHERE THEY KNOW THE SOUND OF MY VOICE AND WILL LEAVE ME ON HOLD. I CALL BACK AND THE PERSON I NEED TO SPEAK WITH IS EITHER IN A MEETING OR OUT TO LUNCH!


MY ORDERS ARE OVER $14,000.00 IN HOUSEHOLD GOODS.

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS NOW?
