Collection Letter from RMCB for BMG

HI,

I have received a collection letter from RMCB for BMG

music services for $ 28.07.

I have not applied for such services and i received a

packet once which i returned back. I would like them

to look in to this. Falling such and sending these

harrasment would end up sending them legal notice.
