Twice I went into the same shop to make a purchase. I walked out after waiting for 15 minutes, each time whilst the two salesman spent far more time with customers than immediately necessary.

The way I run my business is to at least acknowledge the presence of a customer who's waiting and apologise for any delay, or at least ask me if there was something I wanted quickly, which it was.

Neither of the two staff even glanced at me and it's a small shop. Quite honestly, I found this rude, plus they were engrossed in 'idle gossip'. This appalling service prompted me to by the same item cheaper, online.

If they want to achieve a better customer relationship, I suggest they brush up on their shop manners. I will not purchase any mobile phone or accessories from this or any other C P W, and buy online, elsewhere.
