I am writing to tell you of our horrible experience dealing with C & C Carpet in Burnsville, Minnesota. A friend recommended them to us and the experience was a disaster. First the product came in the wrong color. Then the product came to our home and there wasn't enough to finish the job. The we had to wait for the additional product to be reordered. Not once did the company appoligize to us. They also wouldn't give us anything for the additional time that we had to take off work while they finished the job that they screwed up.

A very unhappy customer!
