Bell Express View I have been using Bell Express View for about 6 years untill I moved to Winnipeg, MB. When I moved I decided to pay the 10 or 20 dollars to keep my account active but not current. They call this vacation account or something. When I called to activate my account again they said I would have two months free service. I would also need an updated smart card and to call to activate it activate it when you get it. Within the first month of this which was November I received a bill for service even though I hadn't had a smart card sent to me,so I couldn't uase the service. I finally got my smart card sometime late in December and activated it. At this time I was still owing for a month that was to be free and I recieved another bill for the next month already. I called and inquired about it and they said to pay it and I would get the next month bill reduced. Remember I only activated my card in December and now by Bell Express View books I owed them two months already and I was to have two months free. Shortly after this billing issue I cancelled the service (January). It is now May 30/06 and they are still on me for 178.05 for service I never had or should not be paying for. I spoke to two guest service agent a Cindy and a Christina, Christina says that even though I was not veiwing Bell in November they are still considering that a "free month" for accounting. Bell has fallen short on all areas of customer service and providing a top quality product. I should not owe anything in the form of consideration and currently being given the run around by all agents when looking into this matter.
