Sears Automotive Center, Lewisville, Texas I recently took my car to the Sears at Vista Ridge Mall in Lewisville, Texas for an oil change. A gentleman named George changed the oil in my car. When I got ready to leave, my car would not start. I learned that another machanic named Danny had disconnected the distributor cap to make George look bad. Danny and a man named Seth told me that "George is too old to be working", and they were trying to "encourage him" to resign.
Danny and Seth said that it was just a "joke", but I don't find their humor funny. A paying customer should never be used as pawns in such silly games. It is dangerous for one thing, and the extra time I lost waiting for George and another machanic named Rubin to find the problem was unacceptable. I am truly disappointed in the conducted of these employees and their manager Seth. As a manager, he should have more respect for his customers. _____ Get amazing travel prices for air and hotel in one click on Yahoo! I had an incident where an employee at Piercing Pagoda literally cussed me out in front of my 4 year old child and refused to provide me any service or get a manager that could. Then she had her gangster friends loitering around, and threaten to "pop a cap in me" if I complained. The caliber of the people they retain are questionable. I was a regular customer and numerous merchants can vouge for it. I will take my business where I am appreciated and treated with dignity and respect. I dont have time for thugs and idiots, which is all this place can apparently hire.
