The Mobile Solution

Re: $50 Rebate Scam!
I purchased a Blackberry7105-t back on February 20th
2006. As an incentive the Mobile Soultion offered a rebate
in the amount of $50 directly from The Mobile Solution -
from whom I made the purchase.
There was also a rebate from T-Mobile - the rebate from T-Mobile has been honored.
I meticulously followed the rebate form instructions in both cases. After
receiving the T-Mobile rebate in the time allotted, I waited several more
weeks for the Mobile Solution rebate. After waiting more than ten weeks I
tried contacting them. The person in the Rebate Department (Stephanie) would
not/was not able to give me information as to whether the rebate form had
been received. She indicated that they were behind in sending out rebates. I
waited several more weeks and have tried on several occasions to establish
the status of my rebate. At first Mobile Solution claimed that my Blackberry
had been sent back and therefore was not eligible. Then they claimed that my
rebate form had not been received. Finally, after faxing a copy of my rebate form
Gina at Mobile Solution acknowledged receipt of the rebate and
that payment should have been sent out. I even have a Case Reference Number
but this has not helped me get my rebate!
To date, I still have not received the rebate. I tried calling Mobile
Solution again on May 25th. I've asked to speak with a manager but
apparently there's never one available to speak with! I've asked to speak
with the Mobile Solution Head Office, I've seen the name John McEvoy touted
on their websitte as being the CEO but the staff refuse to put me through to
someone in authority that might be able or willing to help.
Judging from other complaints it appears that the Mobile Solution does not pay out rebates.

Mobile Solution at the Rogue Valley Mall, sold me a 4 T-mobile phones. The sales girl, Haley, also gave me four rebate forms for the phones. The rebates were never honored and Mobile Solutions was not supposed to be giving out those rebate forms knowing they were invalid. Mobile Solutions thinks they did nothing wrong, but I think it is false advertising. I think I can prove in court that I received the rebate forms from them. She just did it to make the sale. Mobile Solutions will never get my business nor wil I refer any one to them
