BAC Great Fun 99.99 fraudulant charge

I check my Bank of America Visa Card and find a 99.99 charge on my account. It was under the BAC GREAT FUNxxxxxxx. It sounded like I had bought some expensive porn or something, than i did a google search for BAC and 99.99 and this website came up, and i realized i had been scammed. It is bull that this is even legal, and i think that legal action should be taken against Bank of America for this unethical business practice. They are probably doing this to boost there revenue for the quarter. I have yet to resolve the issue with Bank of America, and there is no doubt this is shady.
