Household Bank has hired the above mentioned company to call me over

a debt I am willing to pay. Allied is harassing me with phone calls

that have no caller ID. When I spoke to a representative named Tasha,

who called my cell phone, I asked her to send me the debt in writing

so that I could dispute it. She said she would do that. The next day

she called my home phone and claimed to have never spoken to me. I

repeated my request to have the bill mailed to me in writing because

I do not give out my account information to strangers. She said

Allied already mailed me a statement and if I didn't get it that

wasn't her problem. I asked for her company address so that I could

mail a Cease and Desist request to them to stop the harassing phone

calls. She became belligerent, rude and verbally abusive. I hung up

on her and immediately called Household Bank. They gave me

information on my account and how I can dispute the amount owed. I am

a reasonable person who is trying to pay off a debt in a reasonable

and professional way. I refuse to be bullied or intimidated by

ignorant and impatient people. Tasha should learn some manners or

perhaps get a new job that does not pay through commission based on

how many people she annoys, harasses for scares into paying her. This

is America, I have rights under Federal Law, someone should remind

Miss Tasha of this before someone brings a class action lawsuit

against her and her company.
