Dear Sir

I bought above Camera from JS Enterprise on 05/29/03 and I bought 5

years pro service planF/Ditital ( under $ 500).also i bought AC/DC

converter

110/220 for $ 69.99 which I never receive from them due to back order and

they never give me credit for this Item.

1. Camera is broken now and I try to reached them my email and by phone

there is no response.

2. AC/DC converter I did not receive from them
