Verizon DSL

Unreal!!!!!!! This verizon dsl just plain sucks.

I have lost connection almost everyday since I got it in March. Several calls and complaints to verizon go unheard. 3 times a tech was supposed to come to my home but no-show. I called last night and could hardly understand my indian speaking service tech. I asked what city I was calling and he told me that it is against their policy to reveal where they were. COME ON!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to know where the hell I was calling and they resisted to tell me. This verizon company just plain sucks. I already destroyed my verizon hardware and I am mailing everything back to them in little pieces. I hate this company and the unclear english speaking people from wherever the secret place I called.

I am not happy with my Verizon DSL either these days.I think my souped up Netzero account for $15. a month was as good.

I know they out source but some one from Verizon told us they don't.I asked a tech. with an accent where he was once.I don't remember exactly but it was definitely out of the country.Very far out of this country.You just never know what your going to get at Verizon.I did have a few people in the last four yrs or so that were very helpful at Verizon.
