Airtel sending bills after disconnection

hello everybody,

i am sandeep dhingra. I took a connection of airtel a year back (41648886). after using i found that it was not upto my expectations so i wanted to discontinue with it.

i sent an email to Email User on the 10th of november(reference no. CN2005/11-40010 ) to dissconect my telephone and send me the bill till the 10th of november. after this my phone was not disconnected after several requests to the customer centre. and i started receiving bills for the full amount. i reminded them on the 26th and then next month again in december but there was nobody to hear me and was receiving bills in which i was being charged monthly rentals and everything.

After this they sent me a letter stating that they will take legal action against me if i dont clear the outstandings on the 24th of february. Then again i called them stating my problem and again i was provided with a reference no. DR21466941-6988 in which i was told that the matter will be solved in 24 hrs.and i will receive a call from airtel.The next day i called them again and again i was givem a raference no. DC21049916-6988 and i was told that i will receive a call from there side within 24 hrs. but that never happened and now still i am receiving there bills in which they are charging me unduly and heavily.

Can somebody please tell that what should I do.........
