Affinity Web Design Sponsored by AOL

Affinity Web Design Sponsored by AOL Ralph, I am so confused and very disappointed. With all the money I paid to have a web site that I thought would be complete when it was ready for Beta. I am under the impression that if I didn't make any changes to this site it would go live. With what? As I see it, this site is still under construction. I thought the site would look like it would be ready for a live site. All I saw was blank spaces. I don't know what should be page 2, page 3, page 4, and page 5 in order to make the necessary changes. What do I need to put where? I sent the forms in with all the information I was going to want to appear on them. Do I need to send in the complete information again that I want to appear on the store and cart page? Why did I have to fill the forms out if the information is not appearing on the web site? Do I need to basically design the site myself? I sent my CD with all of my pictures on them, do I have to tell you where I want them? I don't understand why none of my pictures are showing up because I had to wait an extra couple of days for you to start my website due to these pictures getting to you. I paid for my website in March and I still don't have anything to make me think I am going to a live website tomorrow.
I don't want to come across as being difficult but I have already had one webmaster take my money and run. Should I worry with this website? I thought that by going with a web builders site represented by AOL that I would not have to go through this kind of hassle again. I'm sorry, but I have only been waiting for one and a half years to get a web site. I am really disgusted at this point.
Does anybody really Care????? They already have my money.
