CHASE HOME FINANCE/Mortgage

Calls.. Calls.. Calls...

As I read the other complaints I started to get sick. My mortgage was bought by CHASE a few months ago. I have been harrassed ever since. I made every payment on time and sent the payments to the address requested, and get about 3-5 calls or messages a day. I faxed in the paperwork they requested and I tell every person my story over and over. I have been told everything has been taken care of, and they still call. I get told they won't call anymore, I just got called writing this. It is extreme harrasement and I don't know where to turn. The ignorance I expierence with each person on the phone puts me in a nightmare. Will it ever end...... NEVER USE CHASE HOME FINANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
