a&e factory service I have just spent three frustrating days with a&e factory service who handles refrigerator repairs for sears and whirlpool and kitchen aid. Teir technician came to my house on may 10., 2006. he told me my compressor was burnt out and since i was under the five year warranty it would be taken care of. they ordered a new compressor for me on the 12th of may, 2006. i have made at least 15 phone calls to find out when it will arrive. i have gotten 3 different delivery dates but no ups tracking number. when i asked for that they told me they didn't know. they outsource their customer complaints all over the country so no one gets blamed for their screwups. my latest date i was told was the compressor would arrive on the 26th of may. my name is rodney blauer 3665 hughes avenue #309 los angeles, calif. 90034 From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Tuesday, 23-May-06 18:33:35 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
