Attached please find a copy of letter written to your Service Centre, which is self-explanatory. Please be informed that I have been harrassed immensely ever since the purchase of this TV set and the same has not been rectified to my satisfaction till date. Now your service centre has finally to replace the faulty TV set with one, on condition that the new TV set would bear the old serial number. This is not acceptable by me as a brand new TV set cannot bear another set's serial number.
Please look into the matter and ensure that I get a brand new TV set (in place of the faulty TV set, which is just one month old) with the new serial number. In the event this is not done, I shall have no option but to take up the matter with the Consumers' Forum.
