On 1st. April 2006 Email User emailed me informing that they had renewed my annual subscription to Virusscan at a cost of US$34.99.Their email stated "If you wish to cancel,we can provide a full refund if cancellation is within 60 days of this renewal notice".On 3rd.April I replied "please cancel immediately & credit my Visa account with the amount debited;please conform by email that you have done so." I got no response,so I sent reminders on 14th April & 3rd May.Again,no response.I emailed Customer Service on their websiteon 10th May,copying the above correspondence.To date,they have not responded.

It seems clear to me having struggled with their website,and from reading similar complaints accessed on Google,that McAfee have a policy of making it difficult to cancel and of not responding to customers` complaints.
