quicken loans

Livonia michigan, quicken loans, apr 2006.....i too tried quicken loans...all seemed good...i faxed all paperwork....they were'nt the best at getting back to me when i would call and leave 2-3-4 messages in a 2-3 days period...but i could deal with that. My man at quicken says all looks good....rate is ok...loan amount is good......forsees no problems, he'll get me the loan. I wait three weeks for approvel letter...nothing...i call, no response.....2 weeks later...get letter in mail. Denied because my debt ratio was over their limit. Ummmmmm...took u 5 weeks to figuere that out. WORST THING....THEY NEVER EVEN CALLED, THEY SENT A LETTER. I did get my $300 back to process the loan though. My ranking: Customer service: D, Efficiancy: F. Getting my cash back: A+
