no way to treat customers

Yesterday morning before nine am I went to the wall-mart in Gaffney S.C. to get my medicine refilled and they were not open yet,asked the lady if I could call in and talk to some one and she said yes and give me the phone number at 4.48 pm I called after a couple of minutes some one answered and I told them what I wanted and was to to hold on of which I did for 18mins and47 secs and at that time I got out of my truck and went inside.At the counter,of which no one was standing, one lady asked me if she could help and I told her I needed my medicine refiled and then asked why I was put on hold for so long at that time another woman told the had been busy filling orders and waiting on the door at that time .I asked you mean to tell me that you put some one on hold to wait on the door and at that time with a smart attitude I was told that this job was not easy and if I thought I could do it better just try and at that time I told her I didn't have to listen to her smart ass mouth and wanted to talk to some one in charge of which the woman in charge said she heard the whole conversation and was sorry but they were busy,well it had to be from early on because I was the only one there.Now as you have been hearing for a long time wall-mart is getting too big for their britches and things like this is the reason why.I will be moving my drugs some where else also my shoping for grocries and other things will be with some one else and I will also tell all my employes and family and friends,also the 30 Sams club cards I pay for every year will not be payed for by my company any more because I don't want any of my friends, employes or my self to be the problem of causing you too be too busy to treat some one with respect,,,,,,Philip Eggers
