Yahoo

Yahoo customer service has to be on the top of the WORST list. There is a problem with the tool bar..The following message appears stating there is a FIX on the yahoo site..joke!!!!!!!! I can't even reach the jerks.

Any advice??? I've already uninstalled & reinstalled the toolbar to no avail.
