I tried to subscribe to VONAGE new telephone VOIP in New Jersey. I didn’t subscribe because it did take to long to switch carriers. But, before getting any type of service, VONAGE VOIP charged me $ 42 dollars for shipping and handling, then $ 18 dollars for the first month. Like I said I did cancel the “transfer”, too long, over a month was taking. When I called I was charged another $ 43 dollars. I was told when I return the hardware I should get my money back. Well, I did return the hardware. But I did not get my money back. They only return $ 18 dollars for the first month. Now the problem is a transaction fee for CANCELLING, 43 dollars?. I was never told of any charge for cancelling. They took $ 88 dollars for a service I never had. My phone number was 201-430-4338 for reference. They know me. I called them a lot of times.
