This company needs to be stopped, they don't answer there phones so that you can return there merchandise back to them. So if you don't have an RA # you get no refund of your purchase and they continue to charge your credit card knowing full well that your not using there service. This is criminal I returned my merchandise back to them in the time limit but no RA #, so no refund they just charged my account for 28.00 yesterday and won't refund it back tome. THEY HAVE TO BE STOPPED!!!!!! I'm so tired of hearing there commercial on TV every morning as I'm getting ready for work, it is horrible what these companies do to people and get away with it.
