I signed up for free trial of call alert and understood I would be billed 4.95 per month. My first bill was for 12.95 for premium service, now I'm being billed 10.95 for premium service. A service I did not want. Now I am being given the run around and different numbers to discontinue this service. I have been on the phone for more than 45 minutes. I have even tried to e-mail my discontinuance.

 

Who do I need to speak top to discontinue these service immediately?
