The Mother's Day flowers ordered through Teleflora on Wednesday May 10, 2006 still have not been delivered to my Mother one entire week after requested delivery. Excuses include; the florist might have been closed Monday, the florist denied the order because they were already fully booked and NOW they are out of the Fenton Glass vase I ordered.

Can't somebody be held accountable ? Or doesn't anyone really care???
