Alltell doesnt tell all

Or even keep its word. When Alltell first started giving credit for dropped

calls it was great because I was having 15 calls a month dropped but now my

calls are still dropped but it says call ended , well if I didnt end the

call and my friend didnt end the call, then I say it was dropped and those

aLLtell guys are cheating us out of credits that we deserve.

I now get credit for one dropped call s month, guess what guys , im still

having 15 dropped calls a month.

ive even been switched in the middle of a conversation from my friend who i

knew to a person i didnt know, speaking in spanish asking who i was and how

i got on his line and where was his friend by the way? I said most likely

talking to my friend who is now wondering what happened to me. this has

happened three times but did I get a credit for it no.

also I ll have a bill that is below my minutes use plan and then the

floowing month it will be way over because they held some of the calls from

the month before and put it on my bill making it outrageous.

Those stupid my circle plans, they dont tell you that you already have to be

paying 59.99 to get it. if you have a lower plan then its worthless.
