AOL - email shut out Currently my clients are not receiving any e-mail from me because my local ISP, Cloud9 Internet, is getting all their e-mail blocked by AOL. When a Cloud9 user sends email to an AOL subscriber, Cloud9 gets signals that the e-mail was received by AOL, but the subscriber never gets it - it doesn't even go into their spam - it just never appears. I tested this for an hour this morning with a client and she could not get any mail from me at all. What is worse, according to Cloud9, AOL has not been responsive to the official complaints lodged by them. For a non-AOL member like myself, there isn't even a place on their site to contact them - you have to have an aol address to email them! Thank you for this forum G.
