Superior Martial Arts Supply Inc

This is a terrible company. This is the second order I have places with them

that I have had problems with. By the way I have only placed two orders with

them, so they are two for two.

I placed the last order on 03/08/2006. Today is 05/17/06, and I have still

not received my order. They billed my credit card on 03/10/06. So they were

quick to bill, but are in no hurry to fill the order. I have emailed the

company three times, and was told they were looking into it. I called today

and was told the same thing. Still no real concern that they billed me for

something that they do not have in stock. This is the second this scenario

has played out.

Back when I called them with the problems with the first order, I was told

that the movie I ordered was hard to find and that it would take time to

find it.(I was told this with major attitude!!) My response to that it that

was if the movie is not in stock they should list it as not in stock, not

take customers money and hold it captive for months while the customers are

waiting for their order.

My advice to everyone is to not order from this company!!!!
