I am writing about Condor Capital. I will first address their customer service or lack of customer service from people who cannot give you a name they call themselves "Condor Capital Legal Department" (odd name for a person) . I guess it's ok to treat people who are "deliquent" like they are less equal than you and it's ok to be rude, snide and condescending. Oh and to tell customers that they "made up" a Western Union TCN number because Condor was not able to locate a payment that was made to them. I will admit I was behind in my car payments. I called Condor Capital left a detailed message stating that I would make a double payment on the next day I got paid. I left a toll free work number asking them to call me if this was a problem., well no one called me I assumed that Condor was willing to work with me....2 days before I was to amke my payment they had my car re-possesed...No calls no warnings NOTHING! I admit I was behind in my payments and I was wrong for that but I feel that they could have at least gave a courtesty warning and I would love to know what kind of sadistic gratification they got doing that 2 before they knew I was going to pay them. I wonder how some people sleep at night. I'm a firm beleiver of what comes around goes around and I hope that one day they get into a bind and have to deal with people like them so they see how it feels.
