Sub: Irregularity in Correcting the fault in tne telephone no.23932294

I am forced to lodge this comlaint regarding the above mentioned telephone number which isinstalled on my name at my resudence. For the last three months the dial tone of the phone goes out.To get it corrected i have been reporting the complaint to your automatic complaint number 23932198 in which the first four digit is the telephone number.i have been assured by the exchange that no such fault will occur again. However, the same problem occures again.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and provide me regular service.i have already sent a hard copy of the same complaint to the consumer court as i have been facing unnecessary harrasement for the last three months
