complaint:Videocon bazooka

Dear Sir,

I am using Videocon Bazooka TV. I am a resident in delhi. There is some problem in my TV for which i registered a compaint at delhi Videocon customer care on 1st May (complaint number not remember) and after that there is no response. i again registered a complaint on 4th (complaint number : drv6e04007) for which engineer visited once and told us that they will come on the next day as they are not having necessary parts. We have their number and calling again and again to thm but till date there is no response.

Our TV is not working past half a month. Please pay your attention in this regard.
