We also have a VERY limited number of Joint Venture programs available to the company that creates significant volumes of commercial leads but does not want the hassle of underwriting, processing and funding them. We split the all-in revenue on the loan with you, just for supplying a quality referral or file.

Requirement: the Partner must consistently originate 10 or more commercial loans per month to stay qualified.
