Landline Phone not working properly

Hi,

This is in regard with a complaint which i have to make.

My house telehone is not working properly from past many days. It is dead

on every alternate day and the line is not clear, so it becomes difficult

to talk over phone.

If you can atleast provide me with any contact no. where i can i make the

complaint it will be really helpful.
