We purchased a KitchenAid 24.5 cubic ft Side by Side refrigerator on 10/09/2004 from Sears in Cupertino, CA. Model KSCS25INWH.

In April, 2006, approximately 1 1/2 years after purchase, the through the door Ice Maker stopped dispensing ice. The Ice make still makes ice but the dispenser fails to turn to move ice out through the door.

This appears to be the same problem other people have reported and you have been able to contact someone to get the problem fixed. Please review this and advise what may be done or who I may contact for warranty repairs of what appears to be a design flaw with this refrigerator.
