Harvest Farms, Inc., Tomato plants ads

Harvest Farms, Inc. HF 15 25267 Lee Hwy., Abindon, VA 24211.

My complaint is that I ordered 2 tomato plants from this company on 4-6-06,

check no. 707. The check was cashed and we have never received the products.

We tried calling them to check status of our order and they are out of

order, disconnected. My bank can do nothing for me. Therefore, there are

other people who had the same experience with the same company and I believe

if we combine our efforts we can file a class action suit against these

people. Since they are a corporation they are under corporation law and that

makes the Board of Directors, CEO, and any other board member responsible

for this action. These people should be taken to task as this isn't the only

year they have done this. There are people who were offended the same way

last year as well. I believ it is time to form a group and file suit against
