Buy.com, Blackberry 8700C Here is an email trail of a complaint. I thought I had settled this with them on a phonecall but I guess the only way to do this is through the public....
Dear Buy.com
You should have refunded me approx $360.00 and left the $168.00 as an active charge. The phone that I purchased for $168.00 was defective, you would not send me a new phone. I had my phone number imported into the defective phone. I had to get another phone from buy.com and have them transfer it over. I spoke with your customer service department and I really should have only paid $168.00 since that was the phone that was on sale, except it was defective.
Please credit me back the remaining amount.
