Big O Tires at Sutro and Fourth Street, Reno, NV damaged a $300.00 truck tire while dismounting it to patch a nail hole. The tire is beyond repair and the store salesman and manager denied their personnel or equipment did the damage even when presented with the fact that the cuts in the inner sidewall and missing piece of the bead had no age discoloration or road dirt penetration. The complaint and pictures sent to the corporate headquarters received no response. I’ve replaced the tire and will go to court after I tell the world and give them some local advertising with the sign on the back of my truck. On the get even side, my agency used them to service agency vehicles. They lost that business.
