On April 2006 I purchased furniture form rooms to go including a recliner set for my family room and a kid’s room including a chair desk night stand and bed. Over the last month I have had multiple deliveries to be exact 4 so far for the kid’s room that resulted in still a broken chair, and 3 exchanges and a service call for my recliner with still a non working recliner in my family room. The company has lied to me numerous times from the “we will exchange it till you are happy” to the recent we must do a repair first than a repair again. I am stuck with no refunds and damaged goods in my house that I am making payments for. I seem to be helpless against their tactics. I recently had a repair forced on me for a love seat that doesn’t work. I paid for a new item yet it came not working and I must accept not only one trial of repair but so far at least two with no end in sight. I had my grout and tile damaged by the delivery people and even the promise to take care of that has evaporated to thin air. These people have a legal right to run over you the consumer and there is nothing you can do once the money left your hand. I ma now on day off work number 13 waiting a service call again to repair my “brand new love seat” and also await the man that can heal wood to repair my brand new cracked wood chair. All I can say is there is still no end in site so beware of this wonderfully advertised room to go and take your monies to other companies.
