I have made purchase from Sincerely yours catalog. I made the purchase 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything from them. You cannot contact them via phone. They say they are closed. The web site says to email them and will contact within 48 hours. They never responded and I have written a handful of times. I have to say their customer service is terrible and I will never purchase form them again. I don't know who to contact to find out the status of my order? Has anyone else experienced this?
