I have never heard of Surplus Alert.com but they have a $29.95 charge on my credit card bill. I tried to get them on line and there was no Surplus Alert with the location of American Fork, Utah. How did they get my credit card number? Who gave them permission to use my card? Is this some kind of FRAUD-FRAUD-FRAUD. I intend to run this down and prosecute the FRAUD
