1) Purchased 2003 Ford Taurus in 2004.

2) After taking possession of car discovered that the left rear window not working either from rear buttons or front buttons.

3) Asked to have it repaired every time I was in for oil changes, maintenance and recalls over a period of approximately 2 years.

4) Was told they did not have time each time I discussed it.

5) Now my Warrenty has expired.

6) When I complained Ford offered to pay half of the repair amounting to a minimum of $100.00 to a maximum of $200.00 for my half.

7) Am I right in expecting them to pay the full amount under the circumstances?
