Vonage I have been trying to cancel my Vonage account for three months since I moved to China and can't get it to work here. At first they ignored my emails and finally they responded to say I have to call a phone number in the USA to cancel - it can't be canceled in writing they say. When I call that number they say the wait is over 30 minutes - which from China, would cost about $100. I've explained this to Vonage via email but they still refuse to cancel my account. They signed me up over the Internet so why can't they sign me off by Internet? Why can't they make their cancellation number wait time more reasonable?
