Valve Cover Gaskets / Tires Plus /Store #240190

Ladies (and gentlemen) BEWARE!!.

I am a female, and own a 96 Mazda Millenia. I mention that I'm a female because it appears that females are taken advantage of more often than men when it comes to car repairs. My complaint is that I had my Valve Cover Gaskets (VCG)(supposedly) replaced at Tires Plus location listed above. They are not cheap! A while after that I need some more work done on my car so I took my car to a Mazda specialist - for a tuneup and I was informed that it wouldn't do any good because my VCG were leaking. I then took my car back to Tires Plus and made a complaint that about the VCG and they checked their records stating they were done, and blah, blah, blah. To make a long story short, I have had extensive work done at this facility, and now barely two years later, everything that I had replaced is now needing to be replaced again.

Hence, I suggest not patronizing at this facility unless it’s for tires or oil change. That seems to be the only area they are competent in. Total Car Care??? That’s a joke!!!
