Rush Industries/Poor Quality Plants and No customer Satisfaction

I recently fell victim to false advertising from Rush Industries whom sells a variety of items including live plants on the internet. They have been advertising and promoting Siberian lavender which it turns out is not even lavender but Russian sage. This plant is supposed to be super hardy but of the 20 plants I ordered, 10 were dead within a week and now only 3 are still surviving. So much for super hardy plants that aren't even related to lavender. Per their instructions, I wasted my time and money by actually returning the dead plants and have received nothing back including answers from their customer service department. I just wanted the dead plants replaced but now I want my money back!!!

Rush Industries claims that your satisfaction is guaranteed and that you can even get a full refund for problems within 30 days. Truth is, you can't get anything back from them including correspondence, replacement plants or certainly not money. The only thing I have received is an auto generated response with no follow up from their customer service department.

I sincerely recommend that everyone stay completely clear of Rush Industries as these guys are crooks that lie in their advertising and their warranty claims, sell sub-standard plants and have zero customer service or support.
