I purchased a computer for my home a couple of weeks ago. On Friday, March 17th my computer would not work properly so I called the Dell technical support. During my experience with the technical support service on Friday I was transferred numerous times and I was on the telephone about five hours. I was finally told that a technician would come out today before 12:00 and noone has come out. I tried getting in contact with someone today and I got the run around again. I am really disappointed with the service that I have received from Dell. I will be boxing my Desktop up this week and shipping it back to Dell.
