Manhattan Credit Card

This is to bring to the attention of everyone what kind of sham the Manhattan credit card people are running.

I was repeatedly harassed by the Manhattan DSA (Ram: 9945378442) near my office to apply for a Manhattan card. I finally agreed to take the card, along with seven other of my colleagues. I was assured that I would get the card in 15 working days.

After 30 days of waiting, we called Manhattan only to find that all our applications have been refused for no reason. Upto here, is fine.

Then one of my colleagues insisted the relationship manager to get a reason for the refusal. Non was offered, but my colleague was suddenly “approved” the card and received the same in three days!!! When the rest of us called, we were told again that our application was refused – again no reason forthcoming. And we were told by the front line managers (Mr. Mani) that we can go to consumer court for all he cared and he’ll see what we can do.

This is the limit to which one can tolerate nonsense from a sales officer, who first hassles us with calls and then refuses to issue a card without reason. I will ensure that none of us take the card ever again, and Mr. Mani, WE WILL SEE YOU IN COURT
